Q: What is Dubizzle delivery?
A: Dubizzle Delivery is UAE’s first technology-enabled delivery service that can be booked instantly, with fixed rates and 100% online tracking. The service is provided by TruKKer (www.trukker.ae) and fulfilled by trained crew and trucks with suitable documentation and permits. Impressive, right?
Q: How does it work?
A: We try to make it very easy for you! No need to make multiple calls and risk the safety of your items! So here’s how:
Q: Do you deliver all over the UAE?
A: Yes, We deliver in all major cities in UAE including Dubai, Abu Dhabi city, Sharjah, Ajman, UAQ and RAK.
Q: What vehicles are used to deliver - are they covered?
A: We primarily use covered double axle trucks. So yes, your furniture will be secured! :)
Q: Will you do a visual inspection before you collect the item?
A: Our crew would not be responsible for visual inspection and is deployed for packing, transportation, and delivery of products. Good news though! For some furniture and appliances, our crew will also uninstall and install the items.
Q: Will you disassemble and reassemble the furniture?
A: Yes! We have trained installers who will install the delivered items.
Q: Can I track my delivery?
A: Yes, You will be able to track the status of your delivery online and its location while in transit.
Q: How do i track my delivery?
A: TruKKer will provide status updates and tracking with your confirmation email. And how cool it is that you can share this tracking link!
Q: What are the payment options available?
A: Our services can be paid online during the time of booking.
PRE-BOOKING
I am the Seller
Q: What time will you pick up my furniture?
A: We usually pick up in the morning between 0800 - 1400 of your selected pick up date. Please stay available during the time that we confirm with you on your e-mail! :)
Q: Can I choose a time for the pick-up?
A: We will deliver at the confirmed time slot communicated by TruKKer over an email. Pick-up is usually between 0800 - 2000, hope that helps! :)
Q: Can I make the delivery a day after the pick-up?
A: You can select your pick-up date during booking and we will deliver it at the earliest following pick-up and as confirmed by our operations team.
Q: Will you dismantle my furniture?
A: Yes! We have trained installers who will install the delivered items.
Q: Will you pack my furniture?
A: Standard packing is done by our trained crew. They use high-quality fabric, bubble wrap, packing tapes, corrugated paper sheets and plastic wraps.
Q: Can I add some small items to be delivered?
A: Our teams are only allowed to pick up and deliver the items confirmed during booking of the service.
Q: What if the furniture gets damaged?
A: We experience no damages during delivery as products are properly packed and protected during transit.
Q: Can you take the payment from the buyer?
A: As much as we want to be helpful, that’s something only you can arrange with the buyer before booking the delivery.
Q: If I miss to be present on the pick-up day, would there be additional payments?
A: There will be additional charges if you require more than one visit for pick-up or delivery.
Q: I am paying for the delivery, do I get discounts?
A: Our rates are attractive and industry standard. However watch out for promotion vouchers for special products or through our partners! :)
I am the Buyer
Q: What time will you deliver the furniture?
A: We usually deliver within 24 hours after pick-up if it’s within the same city, and up to 72 hours if it’s in another city.
Q: Can I choose a time for the delivery?
A: The TruKKer crew will deliver at the confirmed time slot communicated by TruKKer over an email. Please stay available during the time that we confirm with you! :)
Q: Will you reassemble the furniture?
A: Yes! We have trained installers who will install the delivered items.If you’re curious, we also bring our own tools.
Q: What if the furniture gets damaged?
A: We experience no damages during delivery as products are properly packed and protected during transit.
Q: If I miss to receive on the delivery day, would there be additional payments?
A: There will be additional charges if you require more than one visit for pick-up or delivery.
Q: I am paying for the delivery, do I get discounts?
A: Our rates are attractive and industry standard. However watch out for promotion vouchers for special products or through our partners! :)
POST-BOOKING

Q: I have booked the delivery, what’s next?
A: TruKKer will issue an order confirmation email and notify you of confirmed pick up and delivery times. You will select the pickup date during booking.
Q: Is there any document or permit I have to secure?
A: Yes, it is very important that all necessary community and building permits are available at move out and move in locations for pick-up and delivery of products, secured by you. TruKKer crew will have necessary ID and documents of the truck.
Q: Do I have to inform my building management about the pickup?
A: Yes, and please check in advance with your building management if they would require a permit or if the service lift has to be booked ahead of time. However, pick-up and delivery of one item do not require a permit.
Q: What if the furniture doesn’t fit in the lift, will there be additional fees?
A: Good question! Okay, to help you understand the pricing, please refer to this table

Q: Do I have to schedule the service lift?
A: Yes, if it is required by your building management and security but usually pick-up and delivery of one item do not require a permit. It is recommended you check in advance.
Q: What if the furniture doesn’t fit in the lift?

A: Products will be delivered to the confirmed delivery address unless order canceled before pick up. Order cancellation is possible up to 48 hours in advance and refund will be issued.
Q: Who would be my point of contact?
A:You will receive contact details of your delivery crew and TruKKer contact center upon confirmation for any coordination.

Q: I have received a damaged furniture, can you return it to the seller?
A: This question is tricky. We advice you double check with the seller if there are any existing damage in the furniture. But to give you the confidence, we experience no damages during delivery as products are properly packed and protected during transit.
Q: I don’t like the furniture, can you return it to the seller?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot return the item to the seller but you can always book another delivery for the return of the product.
