• LoadBoard Users: Businesses and drivers using TruKKer LoadBoard Application to connect for

3.1.4 Earnings and Ledger Disclaimer

The application and associated web pages are provided to facilitate operational activities such as viewing

load information, placing bids, and updating trip status.

Please note that the Earnings and Ledger data displayed in the application are indicative and for

informational purposes only. While we strive to provide real-time updates regarding your total

payments and outstanding balances, there may be discrepancies or delays due to technical or data

processing issues. These figures do not constitute final or legally binding statements of account.

All earnings and payment-related information are subject to final verification and reconciliation. The

final and accepted amounts will be determined based on actual trip movements, reconciled documents,

and back-end validations conducted by our finance and operations teams.

Upon receiving your request for the final statement, TruKKer will provide you with the reconciled copy of

the same within a reasonable period of time.

By continuing to use the application, you acknowledge and accept that:

- Indicative earnings shown may differ from final settlement.

- Any disputes or queries should be raised via official support channels for formal resolution and

the decision of TruKKer in this regard will be final and binding.

3.1.5 LoadBoard Users’ Information

For users of TruKKer LoadBoard, we collect:

• Shipper and Carrier Details:

• Contact information, cargo type, origin & destination addresses

• Load availability and freight-matching preferences

• Service-Level Agreements (SLAs) & Contracts:

• Signed agreements between shippers and carriers

• Agreed pricing terms, performance guarantees, and contract validity dates

3.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use TruKKer’s Services, our system automatically collects the following data:

3.2.1 Location Data

To optimize routes, improve efficiency, and enhance security, we collect:

• Real-time GPS Tracking:

• If location tracking is enabled, we record precise GPS coordinates throughout trips.

• Approximate Location (Derived from IP Address):

• If GPS tracking is disabled, we estimate location via Wi-Fi networks, IP address, or cell

towers.

• Trip History & Route Data:

• Pickup/drop-off addresses, distance traveled, estimated time of arrival (ETA), trip

duration

3.2.2 Device & Log Information

For technical support, troubleshooting, and fraud prevention, we collect:

• You can control app permissions (e.g., contacts, storage access) via device settings.

• For iOS users, you can revoke contact access in the Privacy Settings.

• For Android users, contact syncing cannot be disabled once granted.

6.3 Promotional Communications

TruKKer allows users to:

• Opt out of marketing emails, SMS, and notifications via the “unsubscribe” link in our messages.

• Continue receiving essential service notifications, including:
