About the role

Senior Human Resource Generalist will run the daily functions of the Human Resource department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.

The key roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Review current structure, check vacancies and related issues to create action plans to cover the gaps
  • Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly.
  • Manage the recruitment process (Posting ads – Screening – Assessment – Hiring - On boarding).
  • Update / Maintain organizational charts and detailed job analysis descriptions along with salary records
  • Prepare and review compensation and benefit plans according to company strategy.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Undertake tasks around performance management
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
  • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree is a must
  • (3-5) years in similar position in HR field.
  • Have deep background/experience in all HR functions.
  • Advanced Computer Skills (MS Office)
  • Well organized & can Perform multi tasks
  • Exceptional time management, verbal and written communication skills
  • Good Command of English
