About the role

The CRM Executive will be responsible to maintain and expand relationships with clients as well as achieve sales targets and assigned accounts objectives.

The Customer Relations Management Executive represents the entire range of services to assigned clients and ensure assigned customers’ needs and expectations are timely met.

The key roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Thoroughly understand the vitality of the role of being the main connector between the client and Trukker
  • The objective of the CRM team is to assist the Commercial team in achieving the business targets through maintaining tight relations with key personnel within individual accounts
  • Meet weekly/monthly targets of expanding business volumes within existing accounts through regular phone calls and periodic visits
  • Clearly understand individual accounts’ needs to be able to meet the client’s service quality expectations
  • Receive job orders from the client and revise the order to make sure all necessary data is obtained and job orders are put into Trukker’s booking template
  • Prepare customers’ Financial Proposals and make sure that proposed prices are in line with the client’s credit agreement and that it is approved by the line manager
  • Coordinate job orders processing with relevant teams pre and post the orders’ execution such as Fleet, Operations, and Finance
  • Follow-up the execution of the booking and keep the client updated with his shipment status every (4 hours) or whenever a major update occurs, also coordinate with the client for any delays that may occur during execution and keep him aware of any incurred fees
  • Ensure the SLA’s are being complied to at every stage of the execution process until the client is invoiced accordingly
  • 100% Usage of CRM system adding all lead/opportunities/existing customers requirements
  • Follow-up with the client on the receipt and revision of his invoices for further follow-up on the dues’ settlement within the agreed credit terms
  • Provide periodic statements to clients summing up his account performance over a certain period of time; enabling both parties to evaluate the relation. As for the client he would know all costs & expenses/ savings/ prices/ volumes he achieved with us and for us (Trukker) we shall be able to improve our business relation and enhance the service levels we provide

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree is a must
  • +2 year in similar position in the field of (Logistics – Trucking – Shipping lines)
  • Advanced Computer Skills (MS Office)
  • Well organized & can Perform multi tasks
  • Exceptional time management, verbal and written communication skills
  • Good Command of English
  • Professional manner, presentable, punctual and strong ethical code
